Male “trimming”

Q: Since women are now shaving their arms, legs, and even their pubic area, should a man “trim” to make himself more visually appealing? I’m no grizzly bear but I am hairier than the average man.

Dr. Klein: Hair removal is not something anyone should feel obliged to do. If you would enjoy having less hair, go right ahead and remove it. But don’t imagine you owe it to women, simply because they are doing what’s comfortable to them. In general, most women prefer whatever amount of hair the man they love has. If a woman in whom you are interested makes a specific request, you can certainly comply — but don’t blame her for the results if you don’t like them.
